Single Product Page template delivering 404 message

Hi,

When I create a new single product page template in the Be Builder, it delivers a 404 message.

I tried deactivating all plugins. The only thing that had an effect to the 404 message was deactivating WooCommerce but I need that plugin. I've cleared the cache.

I am on Wordpress 6.1.1, PHP 8.0.25 and BeTheme 26.6.4.

WP settings Wordpress Address and Site Address are identical.

This problem happened on the Child and Parent theme.

I'm really stumped as to what the problem is as I haven't had it before with this theme. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Please go to Settings -> Permalinks, and if you have the Permalink structure set to Plain, change it to any other.

If it is set to the other structure than Plain, resave this setting, and check the template edit then.
