Price tag dissapear when it's "0"

Hello, I have a "pricing item" module on my homepage in my web: fiscus.mx but after 1 hour or two the "0" under the free option dissapear... can you help me please?

First I thought that maybe it's an issue with the max input vars but apparently not.

I have checked your website, and the zero is visible.

Do you have any caching plugins enabled or caching tools on your server?
