Can I add a single image to the top of the home page instead of a slider

I am posting this question again as I do not understand the instructions you sent before and I think you may have mixed it up with another question that I asked you
How can I add an image to the top of this page https://www.lemysticrestaurants.com/about/ that is the same size as the moving images at the top of this page https://www.lemysticrestaurants.com/ I don't want another moving image I want a still image which is the same size as the slider
