Enlargement of burger and chips image

This issue still has not been resolved. All the instructions that you have given so far has not worked. The image of the burger and chips needs to fill the area of of the red box. Why does the image not move further to the right hand side. It looks like there is padding or a margin there but the settings clearly show there is no margin or padding there.
