Lottie Element is not updated in the live version

Hi,

Recently I've been trying to use a Lottie element to give my webpage a more modern look. I drag and drop it (the Lottie Element) in the BeBuilder Editor and link the JSON file and it displays it perfectly as long as I remain in the editor. As soon as I update my latest changes to the live version of the website and view the page, the Lottie element never loads as though I'd never used. Furthermore, it disappears from the editor canvas when I reload the BeBuilder Editor page.

I realized that others users have had the same problem by skiming through the forum's old entries but I didn't find any workaround in those aforementioned entries that worked for me.

Below I list the things that I've tried so far:

  • Clear the cache.
  • Use a different browser. (I use Brave).
  • Clear my browser history.
  • Install and uninstall all of the plugins.

Needless to say, that neither of those actually solved the issue.

  • Hello,

    1) Please share with us your PHPINFO file.

If you do not know how to do it, please check this topic:

    https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-create-phpinfo-php-page/

    2) Does it happens when you add it only at the end of the page or anywhere?

    3) Did you only reinstall the plugins or check your problem with them being disabled?

    Thanks

  • Hi, @Phil

    1. This is the requested PHPINFO https://u48.bbb.myftpupload.com/phpinfo.php
    2. It doesn't matter where I put it in the home page, it still happens the same. I also tried using the Lottie element in another pages but the problem persisted.
    3. I tried both actually.
  • You have a low max input vars value set on your server.

Contact your hosting provider to increase it to at least 5000, and check if the problem persists.

If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

  • The master values are the values PHP starts with, but they are then overriden by the local values. So the actual max_input_vars value is indeed 5000. Or do I need to undeniably modify the master values? Because I think I don't have permission to modify them.

Moreover, in the server configuration windows of Wordpress, the max_input_vars (PHP máx input variables) is set to 5000.

And this is also what the Betheme System Status show me as you can see in the first photo I attached.

  • The Master Values are more important than the local ones, and they have an influence on your website and the content displayed on it.

If you cannot modify them, you should contact your hosting provider to increase it.

    Best regards
