What is the best way to transfer a site from one domain to another?
If I export from the theme all options, does it brings all my pages with theme builder options for each page?
How does this work?
I exported all database and imported to the new theme, change the url for 'hom' and 'siteurl' but somethings are not quite right...
Some options are lost.
What should I do?

the best and easiest tools to transfer site are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migrate tools. First tool will export current database with settings and other stuff but 2nd will change paths for links inside Muffin Builder. But the rest of process is exactly the same as while first installation.
