Header with Mega Menu and footer do not show up in Archive pages

Hi there,

when navigating into any of the archive pages such as dates or authors the custom header is being replaced by a default header without functioning mega menus and a default footer with the muffingroup linked etc.

I cannot find any way to change this behaviour.

It was a bug in the theme files, which we had to correct it.

This fix will also be included in the upcoming update.
