I get this error because of SEO

Hello,

When I access the CART page, I get this error in the header:

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\xampp\htdocs\moveeco\wp-content\plugins\wpseo-local\woocommerce\shipping\class-wc-shipping.php on line 181

I use Yoast SEO and I have disabled SEO from the Theme Settings:

Please, check if the same thing happens when you activate another theme like Twenty Twenty and with other plugins disabled.
