Modify Add to Cart element in dingle product page

I am using a plugin for warranty and returns from woocommerce. but it's aligned with add to cart button. I want the warranty label to be above the add to cart button. how can i do it?

but it should looks like below image

Hi, this code only works for product with variations. It's not working for single products.
