Hello,

I purchased "Betheme | Responsive Multipurpose WordPress & WooCommerce Theme" on Nov 28th.

I am building a site based on this template.

My problem is that I am trying to remake it based on the slider revolution in the template, but I get an error message.

Ajax error!

The preview could not be loaded due to some conflict with another Wordpress theme or plugin.

Specifically I am just trying to add a new slide.

How can this be resolved?

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins except Slider Revolution, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
