Header and Sticky Logo out of position

First off, thanks for making such a great theme. This is by far the most versatile theme I have ever used. I need assistance in positioning the logo on my page. I resized the logo and messed around with the margins and somehow I threw both the main header and stick header out of wack.  If you could take a look at my site I would greatly appreciate it. Hi,

the logo does not look good because of your custom css:

.header-classic #Top_bar #logo img {
    max-height: 177px;
}

This value should be definitely decreased but also you must upload logo image without these paddings around what you can see on [Links visible only for registered users]
