Wrong display in mobile

I have two wrappers in one section with one background color. In mobile view, the second wrapper is outside the section even though all values for it are set to 0?

You had a custom height assigned to the section. I was switched to Default, but the value you put there was not deleted.

Moreover, the wrap on the right has an Offset top: of 200px.

I have cloned that section on this page, made modifications to it, and hidden it, so you can check how it looks and works and you can show it back to replace your section.
