Country and Estate Dropdown problem

Hi how Are you? I am having a problem with two dropdowns of my template.
When you try to click in the country drop down it is imposible to choose one option only you cna choose clicking in the arrow I attached an image (teh same is happening with estate dropdown). When you click in the body of the drop down you have to hold the click to choose a country. It is worth mentioning that I desactived all the plugin and still the same. I hope you can help me. Does it happen on a particular browser?
I have tested it with Firefox and Chrome, and on both it works correctly.
