Make Creative: Always Open Header Transparent?

Is it possible to make the header "Creative: Always Open" transparent to show the slider behind (similar to the other horizontal transparent header)? I tried to add this custom CSS but it just makes the bar grey:

#Header_creative {background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.54);

My (temporary) site domain is: http://abf.2a0.myftpupload.com/.

no, this is not possible because this header is outside and no css won't work in this case.
