I do not want to use revolution slider, as the text on the slider are not SEO friendly, and the text could not be changed automatically multiingual

Besides revolution slider, Is there another way to have the visual effect of the slider? thanks

We do have only basic slider functionality like gallery slideshow, see the docs:

https://support.muffingroup.com/documentation/slides/

But, there is a Layer Slider available with BeTheme (Betheme -> Plugins) which is a smaller plugin than Revolution Slider.
