Change Footer Widget Color

Hi,

I am looking to change the color the menu displayed in the footer

I can't seem to find the option in the betheme menu.

Could you point me into the right direction please?

Is there a way to leave a safe login somehow? The whole point of the site being in maintenance mode is that no one stumbles accross a half done page by accident.
