Can not download demo content, and plugins with valid license key

I am trying to set up betheme to my registered domain. I have a valid license key and facing problem when downloading content and when i try to install becustom plugin i am getting error like my license code is not valid. My licensekey exactly registered for domain i use.

And demo content stucks while downloading

Do you have the newest version of Betheme installed?

If not, please, update it.

Also, please, go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meets theme requirements.
