Forum support end date earlier than Codecanyon support end date?

In the Betheme forum I see "Your support is valid until: January 25th, 2023" but when I check my licenses at codecanyon, it shows I still have 4 months support left.

This last end date (4 months) should also be the correct one, since I purchased the last license roughly two months ago.

What is causing this difference and can it be fixed?
