    can you explain what you mean exactly? Because as far as we know, user can present demos for customers but for each site/new client must purchase additional license. So in our opinion it's ok.

    But did you realize that they are not linking nor specifying the theme name anywhere !!

    I suppose they are displaying it as their own work when it comes under their portfolio ..
