Section height

Hi!

I tried to reduce/cut the section height at the bottom of the section by setting negative bottom padding/margin.

This doesn't work out for me or I just keep messing up. How can I cut the red part of the attached screenshot out.

EDIT: I have this issue with most of the sections. Whenever I change a section's spacing settings in the Builder the page changes in the builder but as soon as I click on view page or generate preview nothing changed at all most of the times.
