Hi there,

I need some help on highlighting some text on my website. I need to separate a text from the background, which is kinda distracting. However, I find that the best way to create a transparent box at the back. Can I have some assistance on this?

Hi,

if you mean to create box background behind the text, you must wrap text into p tag, like below:

<p style="background: #FFF !important; padding: 20px !important">your text inside</p>

Yes, that's what I meant. However, I need it to have some transparency. How do I implement CSS transparency on this?

Instead of HEX format colors, you can use RGBA to get the transparency.
