I can no longer save changes.
I keep getting this error message: "An error occurred. Please refresh the BeBuilder"
I have also disabled all plugins and tested, but unfortunately without success.

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
Hi,
thank you for replying.
I switched to the parent theme, but this didn't help too.
I faced this issue on another site. Any chance to fix this?
Best regards

Sorry, but you did not attach a link to the website anywhere.
Also, FTP access is missing. Please, send them.

Hi
I just sent the URL to the admin area.
We haven't any FTP Access from Client.
Thanks
Does it happen on all pages or a particular one?
I duplicated the last section on your home page, and it worked.
Are there any steps to reproduce it?
Best regards
Hi,
The "Home" page is not affected.
Try to replace the logo image bottom right on the "Über uns" Page.
Best regards
Please, check it now. Everything should work correctly.

Hi,
we still have the same problem on the "Kontakt" Page.
best regards
Please, recheck that.
Wordfance is causing this issue. If this happens again, please, go to the Wordfance firewall settings, activate learning mode, open the page with these problems, update it, and activate Protection again. These steps are also described here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/admin-ajax-php-file-blocked/#post-13508663
Thanks to that, Wordfance will learn which actions are safe, and will stop blocking page update.
Best regards
H,
I've checked it. It works now.
Many thanks!
