Very slow site

I moved the site online but it's really slow both on the user side and on the admin side, how is this possible?

Sometimes it is so slow that the 503 error comes out

it's good to improve site speed but now it's slow on admin side too, sometimes it doesn't load wordpress pages. When it was local it was already not very fast but I managed to work. In this way it is practically impossible, how can I do it?

Is it slow only in the page editor in the whole WP panel?

If the whole WP is slow, please temporarily activate another theme, like Twenty Twenty, and check how it works then. When you do it, please, tell me about the results.

it's always slow even when switching themes, i just moved the whole site. I assumed it would be faster locally but now it's unusable

In that case, please, contact your hosting provider.
