Hi there, could u please advise me how to remove the top grey slider bar on the top of every blog post? Also see attached photo. I couldnt find the setting to disable this in theme options.

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Navigation & share, uncheck the Header arrows and Show all posts option.
