Cart icon not showing when logged out

Tries all I could think off setting wise but strangely enough when I am logged out of the backoffice, the cart icon does not show. When I am logged in, it shows.

Any idea what could be causing this and how to solve it?

I have sent the url through Codecanyon message, referring to this post.

Hi Phil, in the meanwhile I have discovered that this possibly is caused by WP-Rocket, I have contacted them to see if they can help me with pointing me to what js files should be excluded for caching (that's kind of hard to find). Hamburger menu icon also isn't showing and I have an issue with product images on mobile.
