BeBuilder Seo vs category seo

Hello

The seo settings that I set for a template seem to be overwritten by the category where I use the template.

I have added some info to the category and if I test it with the yoast seo tool, the keywords of the category are displayed and not of the template. Should all of the seo information be removed from the category for the seo of the template to work?

Then I do not see the visual editor with the templates to view the generated seo text. Can that be turned on somewhere?

Thanks

  • Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    Thanks

    Hello Phil,

    website

    Category -> keyword is "computer"

Template -> keyword is "computer kopen"

Yoast sees as a keyword "computer"

    Thanks

  • You should set it up in the YOAST in the category edit.

SEO fields in the templates are not conjoined and do not work (we will remove them to avoid confusion anymore).

    Best regards

    Ok, i wil change it.

But is there a way to export the builer -> seo output?

Then I can copy that and put it in the categories

    Thanks

  • Unfortunately, there is no option to export that.

    Best regards
