After installing theme and register with purchase code getting error

Hi, I am getting an error (Screenshot attached) after registering the theme and activate it on WP website.

Not able to install plugins from plugins tab from theme dashboard.

Kindly help.

I forgot to ask.

Did you try deregistering the license key and registering it again?

If not, please, do that, and check if the problem persists.

If yes, please, send your license key through a contact form, as you did with dashboard and FTP access. Remember to attach a link to this forum discussion.
