Error 404 Redirect
We have a web site called 401kplanadviser.co using the Betheme most current version 26.6.7
Under BeTheme - options - pages - there are two settings for Error 404.
The second setting for custom page is not working correctly as it is not bringing the user to a full page.
For example ---If we set up the Custom Page to be the home page "401kplanadviser.com" the 404 redirects and brings the user to the middle of the home page where our "posts" are and does not bring you to the top of the home page. Alternatively, stated - the redirect does not the top menu but brings you to the middle page. I also tried setting the custom page to other pages listed but the same issue happens.

Hello,
On the home page, you have a Slider Revolution at the top, and other pages have a Subheader, which is part of the Header.
In the theme options, there is information that Header and Footer are disabled on the 404 page.
