Slider not showing on home page

Using the artist3 theme, the slider does not load. I have disabled all plug-ins and refreshed cache. And I have selected the slider in page options. Even when completely freshly installed, slider does not show. Website is kevincrawley.com

In the Slider Revolution settings, you disabled option Include libraries globally.

I turned it on, and the slider works correctly now.
