Betheme update causing header to not display

Website was using and old version of Betheme with wpbakery and a security scan showed:

1 vulnerability found.

WordPress Betheme premium theme <= 26.6.1 - Auth. Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability

So 2 days ago I purchased a new license hoping that will resolve the issue. I have replaced the child theme and parent theme with a fresh new version, but there is an issue in the Header, it is not displaying. I tried fixing and investigating this but no luck. It seems that the header has a confict with the WPBakery. I also tried adding a header using WPBakery but the plugin does not have this feature. It has its own paid header plugin addon. What do you recommend?
