Padding and Margin changes made in bebuilder aren't getting reflected

Hello, I have found that padding and margins changed using bebuilder are of no use. Even though the change is there in the live preview, nothing happens on actual page. I have tried clearing cache, but it is of no use. I think the problem is with the Bebuilder plugin
