While purchasing we saw that it's compatible with WPBakery but we couldn't find any template build with WPBakery which was our main perspective. If you guys could let us know how we can convert the BEtheme into WPbakery template

We support this builder but do not build any pre-built website with it. So you can use it, but you will have to create your pages from scratch.
Pre-built websites are made either with Elementor or our BeBuilder, which we strongly recommend checking out as many of our customers have already switched from Elementor or WPBakery in favor of BeBuilder because of the possibilities and features our builder offers.
