Hey Team,

I am trying to create sidebar elements but when I go to the Dashboard's Appearance - Widgets page the section is blank.

Is there another area to edit the sidebars?

    Hello,

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Another way to edit widgets and sidebar is to use Customizer (Appearance -> Customize). To show the sidebar there, you need first to select this sidebar in the page options, and in Customizer, visit this page.
