Top Bar in Sticky Header different

Hi, I have troubles with the top bar above the header. It should look like screenshot 1 (standard). As soon as I scroll and the header becomes sticky, it shows a different top bar. How und where can I change / work the sticky top bar?

You need to edit a Sticky version of your header.
