I just tried as you indicate and it does not open a new conversation in the web whatsapp that I already have open, a new window opens where it asks me questions that would be confusing for the client.

What I want is that when you press the whatsapp button in the store, you create a new conversation with the store from your whatsapp. Can this be done?
