Footer template doesn't show

I prepared a footer template for the entire site. It doesn't show it on the website. I turned off all plugins and resaved but it doesn't work either.

This is old one, made in Be options:

    Hi,

    I found that when I turn off the Child theme, the footer menu from the template appears. When I re-enable the Child theme, the old menu appears again. How can I solve this problem?

    I reinstalled the child theme and now it's ok.
