It's not possible to edit the header in the sticky modus. Default and mobile shows the normal interface to edit the parts. But in sticky mode, the interface does not come into view to adjust things.
I used the latest version 26.7.1 Also tried different browsers.

FTP you sent was not working, but I managed to fix that without it.
Please, check if it works correctly now. You might have to clear and refresh your browser cache.
