[mc4wp_form] problem

When I try to set up the Launch page everything is working except the newsletter box. When you visit the page it says you only see the shortcode 

[mc4wp_form]

Hi,

we did never tested plugin where from this shortcode is so we have no idea why it does not work exactly. Probably because "Maintenance mode" is a blank page where unnecessary files like plugins are not loading.
