How to add space between top menu and single page post?

all page on my website seem to work pretty fine with this transparent menu however in the single post blog have it run over the content. So How can I edit this?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and set up some height value.

Thank you for your response! However, I have tried as you mentioned but it doesn't work. I do try with different number still it doesn't work.

Yeah That's the correct link to our blog. Our website: https://thekpiplus.com/. You can find our blog post Under Blog menu and just click to any of the blog post, you will see the issue that I have mentioned. I have try to adjust it many time but it still not working. Thanks!

Please edit your header template, open header options, and set the Body offset for header to Yes.
