Background image in block with counter

I have a problem with one block with counter. It looks strange and different from time to time.

when this exactly happen? Because we opened your site on few different computers and all looks fine. We did not noticed anything wrong.

Please try to look at this block when you scrolling to top from "Контакты" (Contacts), the last section.

Not only me see this but other visitors (here in Russia) and my client (from Germany).

Sorry but we do not see anything like this on our side. We recommend to remove your custom css and check if this helps because this may be related with your css modifications.

I solved this adding a fixed bg image to all page - that helped
