Still cant see the builder up the top,. Followed advice and changed the layout settings. NO builder

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

I need you to send credentials to a user with admin right through the contact form.

As an email, you can set up a dummy email like "[email protected]".

Not sure what you mean by user name and password! I created a collaborator role and had the above dummy email. An email then gets sent to you.!

The collaborator username is their email and the password is the one they have set when they have accepted the collaborator role. They have an email where they need to accept and this leads them to an area to set the password. After that they can access tools.siteground.com with the email and the password they have set for that role

Please create an user on your wordpress website with an admin role, this is very important.

Save username or email and password (please type the password by hand, do not generate it), then please send us these informations in the form we mentioned earlier.

I visited your website, but you have no pages, posts, or anything that could be editable with BeBuilder (previously named Muffin Builder).

I created a new page for testing, and everything works.
