New BeThemes update cannot be installed
Hi,
I installed the new BeThemes via FTP server on the website
https://www.hoergeraete-dierksmeier.de/ and received the following error message "There was a critical error on your website. Please check the inbox of your website administrator email address for further instructions."
However, there was no mail in my inbox.
What is it about the new version?
Thanks for your help

[email protected] "Your website has a technical problem"
Hello!
Since WordPress 5.2, there's a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you about it with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error in your “Betheme” theme.
First visit your website (https://www.hoergeraete-dierksmeier.de/) and check for visible problems. Next, visit the page where the error occurred (https://www.hoergeraete-dierksmeier.de/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate-multi=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=) and check if there are any visible problems.
Please contact your hosting company for assistance in further investigating this issue.
If your site seems to be broken and you can no longer access your dashboard as usual, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This allows you to securely log into your dashboard and conduct further investigations.

To protect your website, this link will expire in 1 day. But don't worry: a new link will be sent to you by email if the error occurs again after the deadline.
If you seek help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.1.1
Active Theme: Betheme (version 26.7.2)
Current plugin: (Version )
PHP version 8.1.13

The OMGF and NextGEN Gallery plugins cause this issue.
You should contact these plugins authors to resolve or get rid of them.
Best regards
Hello,
does that mean that by removing the OMGF plugin and NextGEN Gallery I fixed the problem?
Thanks
If you do not need these plugins, removing them will resolve the problem.
You should contact these plugin authors to resolve the problem if you need them for your website.
Best regards
Hi,
i deleted the OMGF plugin from the server and i can login too.
When I try to backup the website I get the error: "Something went wrong, please refresh and try again"
Cannot be updated.
Can you solve this?
Thank you very much for all your help
Please, disable other plugins for a test, and recheck that.
Thanks
