Be Theme Youtube “Video not Found”

Hi,

When trying to add video on slide it gives me this message "Video not Found" I made my researched about this issue and found that I need to update the Revolution Slider. Since the plugin is packaged with the theme, can you send me a copy of the latest version of the plugin.

Hi,

plugin is of course bundled but with theme comes recent version of plugin. You can update it from package. More information about slider update you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider

Thanks for the response, I just checked http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/5/how-to-update-revolution-slider but can't find the "Update Plugin" button in the right bottom corner under Revolution Slider section

Sorry, we forgot about one thing. Themepunch guys, removed this button because they said that button does not work properly on all servers. So if you got quite new version where button in the right bottom corner does not exist, you must remove plugin from Plugins section and install plugin again. But please notice that this works for the quite new versions where button in right bottom corner under Revolution Slider does not exist. Because, if plugin got this button, and you will remove plugin from "Plugins" section, you will lose all already created slides.

Thanks for letting me know, hmmm.. so I need to manually install the revolution slider plugin again? Can you send me the latest version of the plugin? the current version from theme package is Version 4.6.92

In package there is 4.6.93 version. But if you want to get recent one, please send us private message.

Hi,

I found 2 zip packages. revslider.zip (4MB) and revslider.4.6.93.zip (1MB) in your latest release.  Do I need to overwrite my current revslider with both or should I just apply the 4.6.93 zip?

@limsy 4.6.93 is an old version. revslider.zip is recent version 5 and this is the version you should upload.

Hello I install the new betheme version sent today an the slider is not showing up I check the settings and in the back end it is there not it doesn;t show up in on the page why is that?

@Nebfree15 It's because you must update slider version to recent 5.0.4.1 which is included into theme package.
