Migrate to a new domain

Dear Support,

If we move the site to a new domain name, i notice the BE builder content all disappear, in the admin panel i still see all the template there but when i click into it all empty mean you need to rework again.

Anyway to prevent it or migrate it with remain all the content ?

Hi,

Are you using the Duplicator plugin for migration?

If not, please, try it. We used it many times and never had problems with it.

Also, please, ensure that server environments on a new domain fulfill theme requirements.
