Something wrong with the section "responsible hide on desktop and hide on tablet"

I select a section HIDE ON DESTOP AND TABLET,

as you can see this area should be invisible on destop and tablet, but visible on phone.

If you check the link though a phone, you will see nothing.

could you please tell me which setting is making this invisible?

Inline width was set for this element, and huge padding caused this issue.

I have changed its width to default and erased the padding.
