The action band is not seen right whne scrolling down

I would like to know why when I sroll down and then back up, the action bar is seen so badly, under he menu band.

Please try to go down in any page of the website and then go back up scrolling, you will see it, (the social icon and the text in left top is hidden like in the picture).

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and put there the following CSS code:

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky){
   top: 61px!important;
}
