Preview shows completely different from builder

This one seems to be the same. Still the same problem though.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

You have some cache on your server (like Cloudflare), which causes this issue.
After every change, you should clear this cache, or you can use the inline CSS option (I already activate it on your website), and the CSS will load inline in your website's header.
