Move Up Deprecated

The previous Move Up option seems deprecated to move a wrap up with no overflow. Is there an easy way to do this still?

Yes, it is possible, for example, with a negative margin.

Thank you for the video, Phil.

The issue I am still seeing is I am trying to move it up above the section right above it, which what you showed me works for the most part except the overflow isn't hidden. Therefore the element is being cut off where the section above it ends as to where the previous "Move Up" option ignored the overflow.

I reversed the change though as it wasn't working.
