Bebuilder are not working with several templates: Single product, Shop

I'm sorry for creating a new ticket, but nobody answers me from yesterday.

Guys I just moved from WP.com to WP.org, but BeBuilder still not working with Single Page product template.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but now I want to start editing other templates while single product template are not working well like header, home page e.t.c, And I decided to check out my Shop page, here what it's shows me. also there is no possiblity to edit it or even add a wrap, it's already pre-build and I can't change anything there. Two template are not working: Shop archive, Single product

I already send you my FTP and WP access throught the private form. I use [email protected] email.

Hi,

Sorry, but you wrote beyond my working time, and I could not answer you.

Please go to Settings -> Permalinks, and if you have the Permalink structure set to Plain, change it to any other.

If it is set to a structure other than Plain, resave this setting, and check the template edit then.

Thank you very much, It really helps. I guess it's better to add FAQ's, there is a lot of newbie idiots like me that would think your theme is broken :D
