Menu background color changes with minimizing the browser

Hi everybody!

What can I do that the menu background color does NOT change from grey to purple when I minimize the browser to its minimum at my page

And, what is to be done that the menu remains vertical and doesn´t toggle to horizontal allways.

Hi,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header, and change the Top Bar Left background.
